Are Valuations exact or are there differences, here are examples of mistakes made or was it deliberate under valueing for the media?

I realise some people lost money, and for that I am truly sorry, but people lost money when they sold after buying from Real Estate agents as well. Here I show some New sales from the big Real Estate agents such As Ray White Surfers Paradise, Max Christmas and others.

The media used a low valuation to show people how they had been ripped off, I challenge the Media to show where they used NEW comparable properties to get their fair market valuations from, rather than old and inferior quality comparisons.
