People might wonder why I still try and clear my name, when the people who accuse me of robbing people and selling overpriced people where such high and upstanding members of the community, after all the Premier of Queensland and The Minister of Fair Trading are well respected and they can not be wrong, can they?

The Premier and the OFT minister are reported as having an affair and lying to not only their partners, but also the whole country!

 Beattie 'affair' may be investigated

The Crime and Misconduct Commission (CMC) will assess claims disgraced former minister Merri Rose forced electorate staff to falsify documents to "conceal a relationship" between her and former Premier Peter Beattie, it was reported today.

Nationals MP Rob Messenger sent a letter to the CMC yesterday claiming he had been approached by a former staffer who was seeking whistleblower protection to disclose alleged rorts, News Limited reported.

A CMC spokesman confirmed they received the letter and said they were now assessing it to determine whether to launch a misconduct investigation, News Ltd said.

The letter follows the much-publicised jailing of Rose last year over a blackmail attempt on Mr Beattie.

Key details of the case were suppressed under a court order. In his letter, Mr Messenger said he had been approached by the female staffer who had worked in Rose's Currumbin electorate office and later for Police Minister Judy Spence.

Mr Beattie - who is now the Los Angeles based trade commissioner - could not be contacted last night but his lawyer Sean Reidy said claims of a relationship were completely false, News Ltd reported.

The woman, who was the source of the information supplied to the CMC, was angry Mr Messenger referred the matter to the watchdog.

"I don't know where Rob Messenger is getting off on this but if I wanted our discussion about my previous encounters with members of the Queensland Parliament to be raised with the Crime and Misconduct Commission, I would have raised them with the CMC myself," she told News Ltd.

I dealt and met with Deputy Premier Jim Elder quiet a few times, and I also communicated with Beattie through either Elder or through Greg Rudd, Kevin's Brother, once Jim Elder left the political scene Beattie kept me at arms length, as the OFT was attacking me more and more. When the media first attacked me it really upset me and I offered to the Queensland Government Via Deputy Premier Jim Elder to close my business down, not because I thought I was robbing people but because It made me doubt what I was doing and I did not want to cause anybody any losses.

Now after seeing what has happened over 10 years it is obvious from the results that what I was doing, and getting people to invest in South East Queensland and hold it for 10 years was one of the best things that they could have ever done. Nobody has lost and in fact most have made returns on their out of pocket money invested of more than 100% per year.

Please realise that nobody put down cash, they used equity from their own homes, the properties only cost them about $60 per week on average, that is $3000 per year and after rent has increased, the total cost over 10 years would be less than $20,000 to keep the property. If they bought it for $160,000 and it is now worth $340,000 then that is 17 times the money they invested or a 1700% return which is an average of 170% per annum.  

How is that for robbing someone? Who wants to be robbed?
