Locals describe Herriott's Valuation as ":TOTALLY LUDICROUS".

 Herriot was caught out here when the locals questioned Ian Herriots integrity and his valuation. Herriotts Valuation was 30% below what the local valuer said the property was worth and claimed our properties good value.

We did not talk to the Journalist other than a 5 minute call answering his questions.

We did not know or talk to the Local Real Estate Agent, Local Developer, or the Local Valuer. We did not pay any of them nor did we speak to them.

It is interesting that Herriot would not tell the paper how much he was paid by the Courier Mail for his Valuation, nor did he say whether he had used new sales or old inferior comparisons to establish his valuation. Nor would he even say whether he actually drove to Warwick or just merely fabricated the Valuation in his office.
